Description: REU at Kellogg Biological Station positions give students an opportunity to conduct full-time research under the guidance of an experienced mentor. This program is 12 weeks long and will run from May 18-August 7, 2015. KBS will be funding 8-10 REUs on projects related to Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and Sustainable Agriculture. Students will work with their mentor to write a blog post about their experience, produce a professional research poster that will be presented at the KBS Summer Undergraduate Symposium, among others. Participants receive a $5000 stipend, housing, up to $500 to cover transportation to and from KBS and up to $500 for research expenses.
